After the platform is completed — choose Annual or Monthly:
- Annual: Maintenance fee is 20% of total project budget (~$5,000). Best for lower total cost.
- Monthly: Maintenance fee is 25% of total project budget (~$6,250), billed monthly (~$520/mo).
Infra & external services not included: VPS/Server/Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.), domain, Developer accounts (Apple/Google), certificates/storage, object storage (S3/GCS), CDN/WAF, etc. are excluded. Terra IP purchases directly; Web Media sets them up during Phase 1 or maintenance.
